Doug Mientkiewicz busy rehabbing, berating fan on Twitter

Dodgers utilityman Doug Mientkiewicz has been on the disabled list most of the year, so he has a lot of free time to tweet @Dougiebaseball.

Here’s an exchange with a fan that apparently began after he called Nick Swisher “a turd.”

Fan: yo doug ur bad mouthing Swishers antics..makes it more fun…ur playing a game have fun..as 4 u talk when u get on the field

Fan: Just give it up Doug ur career as a big leaguer is done you’re just not good anymore…just be a Chris Knight fill in…

Mientkiewicz: that’s cool. Go back to flipping burgers u jealous fuck

Mientkiewicz: just bc u got cut from everything u have ever done don’t get mad at me. Jealousy will get u no where punk. And if u want to meet

Fan: good to know you take criticism well i never used an expletive doug good job…get on the field and people wont talk crap
